Cancellation Policy

At Noelstarrweb, we value transparency and professionalism in all our business relationships. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of services and projects.

1. General Policy

Clients may request the cancellation of a service or project by providing written notice via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the stage of the project and services already rendered.

2. Website Design & Development Projects

Before Project Commencement

If a cancellation request is made before work has begun, the client may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy, less any administrative or consultation fees already incurred.

After Project Commencement

Once project work has commenced, deposits and payments made are non-refundable. This is due to the time, planning, design, development, and resources already invested in the project.

Any completed work up to the cancellation date may be delivered to the client at Noelstarrweb’s discretion.

3. Monthly Services

This includes:

  • Social Media Management
  • Website Maintenance
  • SEO Services
  • Digital Marketing Services
  • Advertising Management
  • Content Creation Retainers

Clients may cancel these services by providing a minimum of 30 days written notice.

Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the month.

4. Advertising Campaigns

Clients may request the suspension or cancellation of advertising campaigns at any time.

Please note:

  • Advertising spend paid directly to third-party platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, or other advertising networks cannot be refunded by Noelstarrweb.
  • Campaign setup and management fees already incurred remain payable.

5. Client Delays and Project Suspension

Projects may be placed on hold if a client fails to provide required content, approvals, feedback, or communication for more than 30 consecutive days.

If a project remains inactive for more than 60 days, Noelstarrweb reserves the right to close the project. Any fees already paid will not be refunded.

A new quotation may be required to restart the project.

6. Cancellation by Noelstarrweb

Noelstarrweb reserves the right to cancel or terminate services if:

  • Payments remain overdue.
  • The client engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct.
  • The client requests unlawful, fraudulent, or unethical activities.
  • Continued service would violate applicable laws or regulations.

Where appropriate, reasonable notice will be provided before termination.

7. Outstanding Payments

Cancellation of a service does not remove the client’s responsibility to pay for:

  • Completed work
  • Approved milestones
  • Outstanding invoices
  • Third-party costs incurred on the client’s behalf

All outstanding balances remain due and payable according to the agreed payment terms.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or cancellation resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Power outages
  • Internet outages
  • Cybersecurity incidents
  • Acts of war or civil unrest
