1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, time, expertise, and resources are invested immediately upon project commencement. As a result, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Website Design & Development Services

Before Work Begins

If a client cancels a project before any work has commenced, a refund may be issued, less any consultation, administrative, or processing fees already incurred.

After Work Begins

Once project planning, design, development, research, content preparation, or any related work has commenced:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be issued for completed work already delivered to the client.

If a project is terminated before completion, Noelstarrweb may, at its discretion, issue a partial refund based on the percentage of work not yet completed.

3. Monthly Services

This includes:

  • Social Media Management
  • Website Maintenance
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Digital Marketing
  • Content Creation
  • Business Automation Services

Monthly service fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered for the billing period.

Clients may cancel future billing cycles in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

4. Advertising Services

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Advertising spends allocated to Google Ads
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • YouTube Ads
  • Any third-party advertising platform

Advertising budgets are paid directly to advertising platforms and cannot be recovered by Noelstarrweb.

Campaign setup, strategy, and management fees are also non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Domain Names, Hosting, and Third-Party Services

Refunds cannot be provided for:

  • Domain registrations
  • Website hosting services
  • SSL certificates
  • Email hosting
  • Premium plugins
  • Software subscriptions
  • Third-party licenses or services

These services are purchased from external providers and are subject to their individual refund policies.

6. Client Delays or Failure to Cooperate

Refunds will not be issued where project delays or cancellations result from:

  • Failure to provide required information
  • Failure to provide content or images
  • Lack of communication
  • Delayed approvals
  • Failure to attend scheduled meetings

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests outside the terms of this policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Any refund granted under exceptional circumstances remains entirely at the discretion of Noelstarrweb and does not establish a precedent for future refunds.

8. Processing Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
  • Processing may take between 5 and 14 business days depending on the payment provider.
  • Transaction fees charged by payment gateways or financial institutions may be deducted from the refund amount.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Noelstarrweb directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Termination of ongoing projects
  • Legal recovery of outstanding fees and costs
